Driving to the southern rural area of Salzburg, among the many higher mountains (about 2500-3000m) there is a medieval castle called “The Fortress Ｈohenwerfen". In the film of “The Sound of Music", you might have seen the beautiful hill where Maria and the children sang “Do-Re-Mi” and in a distance you could see“The Fortress Hohenwerfen“. We visit this fortress and there is a fantastic falcon show (the show is a "world cultural heritage")led by professional falconers dressed in the historical costume.
